For Her Voice Founder, Yusha Y. King, CLEC is a results-driven Leadership Strategist, Organizational Consultant, and Certified Coach with extensive experience in leadership development, corporate training, and organizational change. Her expertise encompasses psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and diverse generational team dynamics. Yusha's unique approach integrates academic rigor with practical experience, empowering leaders and organizations to achieve lasting transformation. She was recognized as a sought-after leadership partner for organizations aiming to navigate change and drive sustainable growth.
Educational Background:
Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Development & Change (Fielding Graduate University, May April 2025): Specializing in Somatics, Phenomenology, and Communicative Leadership. Her doctoral research focuses on integrating Du Boisian Dual Consciousness and Positive Psychology into cross-generational leadership development programs to enhance organizational efficiency.
